Olive Court

Olive Court is a fictional illustrative concept, not a completed commission. A courtyard home shaped by shade, framed views and quiet transitions. The design begins with ordinary routines: arriving, cooking, gathering and resting. A clear route through the plan connects these activities without making every room a passage. Carefully placed openings bring daylight into the home while preserving privacy. Integrated storage gives everyday objects a place without visual noise. Materials are selected for touch, repairability and the way they age. This study presents a design intention, not a record of construction. Permissions, surveys and technical specifications would be developed for a real site.
